Joe Bill Thompson, MAI
Mr. Thompson graduated from Texas A&M University in 1983 with a B.S. in Agricultural Economics. He has been active in appraising all forms of real estate since that time and served as senior appraiser and VP of Kennedy Holtkamp, Inc. from February, 1985 to December, 2005. He achieved his MAI designation in September, 1989 and now operates Thompson Appraisal Service, Inc., one of the primary commercial appraisal shops in East Texas. Doyle A. Koop
Mr. Koop graduated from Texas A&M University in 1989 with a Masters degree in Land Economics, after completing his undergraduate work in Agriculture Economics in 1987. Tyler R. Pirtle
Mr. Pirtle graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2011 with a Bachelors degree in Human and Organizational Development and was a 2007 graduate of Robert E. Lee High School, Tyler, Texas. He has been active in the real estate appraisal field since 2012 and has been involved in helping research different aspects of properties that aid in defining appraisal properties. James H. (Jim) Garmon, Jr.
Mr. Garmon graduated from Louisiana Tech University in 1978 with a BS degree in Finance/Real Estate. He has been active in appraising residential real estate in the Tyler market area for the past 10 years. State Licensed Appraiser – Texas License #TX-1328768-L, Expires: 6/30/2013.
All work is performed to standards required by USPAP, as well as any additional standards imposed by the client, such individual lending institution appraisal requirements and guidelines. All appraisers are licensed through the Texas Real Estate Commission and adhere to continuing education available through various organizations.
